The villa is designed in a minimalist tropical Balinese style with loft ceilings and terrazzo flooring.  The spaces are generously proportioned and sprinkled tastefully throughout with Southeastern artifacts.  The villas are designed with the idea of a seamless indoor-outdoor living space with subtle design elements that complement its outstanding natural surroundings.

This beautiful villa can accommodate up to eight people and is comprised of three large contemporary grass-roofed villas linked by pergola walkways with elegant cool terrazzo floors indoors.  The first villa houses the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, with a waterfall shower, deep stone bathtub and even your own private walled-garden.  The main building in the centre houses an open-plan kitchen and living area with clean white sofas, large cooking and dining table with terrazzo finishing, LCD-screen television, DVD and satellite channels; it is the perfect place to relax with your loved one or to entertain, if you should be so-inclined.  The final villa is comprised of a second bedroom with en-suite and walled garden at the front, and a third bedroom at the back, with en-suite, walled garden and a spiral staircase up to the loft, from which you can catch ocean views and the sunset over the beach.

All buildings have mountain views, floor-to-ceiling folding shutter-doors on three sides to let in cool tropical breezes, as well as a pergola walkway and stairs leading down to the swimming pool area.  All bedrooms are fitted with adjustable ceiling fans, halogen lighting, king-size beds, and built-in wardrobes with a personal safe. The villa prides itself on being environmentally friendly, utilizing both solar and wind energy, as well as rain water.  Both a storeroom and a laundry room are located beneath the second bedroom on the lower-floor.

Additional amenities include a 14-meters lap pool with infinity edges, sun beds, fitness room and a shaded outdoor dining area for eight people.  Two large architectural fishponds flank the swimming pool, with water plants and palm centerpieces.  Start your day off by doing some weights in the home gym, then dive in the pool for a couple of relaxing laps in the sun.  Freshen up after a swim in the downstairs bathroom and shower room, then, lie back on a sun bed while you dry off and take in the glorious mountain views.  Lounge out of the sun on a built-in daybed in the cool shade: the perfect spot to enjoy a great book or a lazy afternoon snooze.

A private estate in the peaceful southwest quarter of Koh Samui in Baan Taling Ngam, the villa is just 15 minutes to the historic island-trading town of Nathon, 20 minutes from the tourist town of Lamai and 50 minutes from the airport.

Just a few minutes drive, and you can find yourself at the beautiful, secluded Sunset beach, where you can watch the warm sun descend over the ‘Five Sister Islands’.

Nearby is the renowned Five Islands Restaurant, having over the years established an enviable international reputation for service, cuisine and unique location. You will enjoy its amazing meals.
